- Kim Daya: Hey Nick, I tried your macaron recipe and it didn’t work well for me. I bought a brand new candy thermometer and when I was making the syrup, it would harden up before it got to 150 degrees calcius :/ it would start to harden up around 90-100 degrees.
- Jessa Vermillion: +rosie pls they're citrus flavors! Orange, lemon, lime, and raspberry are the most common ones I've seen. It's not the same consistency as ice cream either. It's more icy rather than creamy, a lot lighter than ice cream. It's really good!
