Owner of ADEX Club, Don Giafardino, explains the 2 Handed Front Leverer Press in this video. The Lever Press can be done using single or double steel clubs, it is a simple linear strength and stabilization building drill that is useful to all types of strength athletes and trainees. This is also one of the exercises used to develop the ability to swing heavier clubs by practicing control, especially when the load is away from the centerline of the body.
IMPORTANT TIP; Make sure that the clubs travel in a straight up and down motion and don't angle out away from the body.
