2. Chicken Stock- 4-5 Cups
3. Boneless Chicken- 100 gms
4. Carrot (Julienne)- 1 med.
5. Capsicum (Julienne)- 1/2
6. Green Coriander (Chopped)
For Soup Paste
------------------------
1. Onion (Chopped)- 1 med.
2. Tomatoes (Chopped)- 2 med.
3. Ginger/Garlic (Chopped)- 1 tbsp
4. Lemon- 1/2
5. Cumin Powder- 1/2 tsp
6. Red Chilli Powder- 1/2 tsp or as required
7. Black Pepper Powder- 1/2 tsp
8. Salt to taste
9. Szechwan Pepper (Timur)- 1/2 tsp
10. Asafoetida (Hing)- 1 Pinch
11. Oil- 2 tbsp
