Meet Magali Beauvue. She's an immensely talented makeup artist who's originally from Paris but currently lives in the Caribbean on the island of St. Maarten.
Beauvue, who's 38 years old, has been doing makeup for 15 years and currently works as a freelance makeup artist.

Doing celebrity makeup transformations is one way that Beauvue stands out in the world of makeup artistry. It's a skill she began to hone about a year and a half ago.
Above you'll see her as actor Terrence Howard. As far the time it takes to complete a transformation, Beauvue had this to say: "[It} Depends on the face, but it can take anywhere from three to five hours. The shading is what takes up most of the time."

The process that allows Beauvue's transformations to come to life is called contouring — a makeup technique that allows you to sculpt the face to your liking.
"For example, if you have a round face, you’d strategically highlight/lowlight certain bone structures and angles to create depth illusion," Beauvue told BuzzFeed. "It’s really a light illusion: Dark gives depth, where light creates volume. Once you understand that and master it, you will go very far."

Beauvue became more consistent with her celebrity makeup transformations once her followers on social media began wanting to see more of her creations.
