In this tutorial I wil show you how can you edit a photo and convert it to black and white entirely inside Adobe Camera Raw without touching any of the photoshop tools. Adobe Camera Raw offers extremely powerful tools, and it is easily noticeable in Lightroom which is nothing else but Adobe Camera Raw on steroids. Converting photos to black and white is not straight forward, and it requires some work on a color photo beforehand. It is down to adjusting individual colors and contrast between them what makes a really good black and white photograph. As an example I am using one of my photos shot recently, during scouting of the Yurakcho area in central Tokyo.
