Q quick video that explain the basic difference between the fil opacity and flow in tool menu and layer panel. Those are very simple tools but very powerful ones, and I find myself using them a lot, in fact, I think I use them every single time I edit a photo. I also show you practical examples for how to use all 3 during photo editing or any work that you may be doing in photoshop, like designing a logo, drawing, photo manipulation, etc.
