Hard light is beautiful, and can create superb shapes and contrast, but you will need to know how to deal with it in photoshop. Portrait editing is all about shifting and smoothing shadow transitions, and when you have a hard light shadows it is when it gets really tricky. This shows a sped up workflow of hard light portrait retouch and black and white conversion.
