More than 40 women have accused Cosby of sexually assault. He is currently facing charges for one of those cases.

Kanye West on Tuesday defended Bill Cosby, tweeting that the embattled actor is "innocent" of sexual assault allegations.
West's statement refers to the more than 40 women who have publicly accused Bill Cosby of sexually assaulting them.
The 78-year-old comedian is currently facing criminal charges in one of those cases, although he has denied the allegations against him.
The case going forward is brought by Andrea Constand, who has accused Cosby of drugging and sexually assaulting her at his Pennsylvania mansion in 2004. The statue of limitations has passed for most of the other cases.
