Kylie recently posted a video to Snapchat in which she calls a female paparazzo a bitch and states that "no woman should be a paparazzi."
Ooookay, calling her a bitch was a little much.
I really hope Kylie reaches out to this woman and helps her figure out everything. Seriously, she should become this woman's life coach or something.
