A rep for the country star confirmed his costume to BuzzFeed News after pictures surfaced online.

The 38-year-old singer's costume was first reported by a country music blog called Nashville Gab last week.

The blog's author, Shannon Davis, identified the other people in the picture as Aldean's wife, Brittany Kerr, and a few of their friends.

"I was kind of hoping that Jason’s darkened face was just the lighting, but I don’t think we could be that lucky," she wrote.

Davis told BuzzFeed News she received the photo from an anonymous tipster who emailed it through a website contact form.

A rep for Aldean confirmed to BuzzFeed News that the costume was legit.

"Jason dressed as rapper Lil Wayne for Halloween," Tyne Parrish said.
