Now that Summer is winding down, are you looking for your next favorite album? Look no further than PHASES' For Life. Though they burst onto the scene this year with the happy dance track "I'm In Love With My Life," the band — Alex Greenwald, Jason Bosel, Michael Runion and Z Berg — is no stranger to the music industry. Not only have they been playing together as JJAMZ for years, but the bands they've played in over over the past few decades (Phantom Planet, Rilo Kiley, The Like, The Elected — to name a few) only highlight their musical prowess even further. We expect huge things from this band.

We recently caught up with the band at the BuzzFeed Motion Pictures campus in Los Angeles, after they played a stellar unplugged set for the office. In line with their single, we asked them to write down some things that they love about their own lives.
